Morning reach Chennai – you must have fresh up from railway station itself – board train from same railway station at 8.45am to Howrah Jn – overnight journey (No train food).

FEB – 05 KOLKATTA

Reach Howra Jn rly stn at Kolkata by noon – check in hotel – after lunch & shopping (at your own by cab - subject to time) - over night stay (Lunch &Dinner).

FEB – 06 KOLKATTA – NJP

After breakfast & check out from hotel with bags proceed for sight seeing which includes Howrah bridge (only window view), Belur Math (headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda), Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Vivekananda Setu (only window view - a bridge over the Hooghly River), GPO (built in 1864), Writers building (the secretariat building of the State Government of West Bengal), Edan Garden Stadium (all window view only), Mother house (established by Mother Teresa in 1950), Victoria Memorial Hall (entry subject to time and availability - built in memory of Queen Victoria to celebrate her 25 years of rule over India) , Kalighat Kali Temple. Evening board train to NJP with Packed Dinner - over night journey. (B.fast, Lunch & Dinner).

FEB – 07 NJP – GANGTOK

On arrival at NJP Railway Station (compulsory fresh up must be done inside train before getting down at NJP rly stn – after breakfast board vehicle to Gangtok, (5413 Ft from sea level - 129 Kms - 04 to 05 Hrs). Enjoy the beauty of Sikkim which is full of greenery & clouds all where. After reaching Gangtok – check-in hotel - after lunch go for a half day sightseeing to Jhakri Water Falls, Droul Chorthen (Tibetan Monastery), Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday), Flower Show. Guest can go to MG Road Market (Mall Road) late evening (by own - subject to time availability) - Local taxis are available @ Rs.50-100 Per vehicle one way (please note hotel name and location to inform taxi driver while coming back) – overnight stay (B.fast, Lunch & Dinner).

FEB – 08 GANGTOK

After breakfast proceed to Tshangu Lake (with an average depth of 50 ft) - situated at a height of 12310Ft - 43Kms in 3Hrs journey one way - the cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Also visit Memorial of Cdr Harbhajan Singh, known as Baba Mandir (it’s a homage to a sepoy from army – (ബ്രിട്ടീഷ്‌ ഭരണകാലത്തെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ഭടന്‍) - back to hotel - overnight stay. Lunch will be at hotel while return from sightseeing, may be late subject to return time at hotel. Evening free for shopping at MG Road Market (Mall Road) by own. (In case of Land slide or any reason, Tshangu Lake will be closed - we will provided alternate sightseeing – if time permits). NATHULA PASS is on additional cost and subject to availability. If needed, must be informed one day before. Availing permit which is issued by Army will be subject to availability. Cost per vehicle will be @ Rs.5,500 / 6,000 which is to be paid directly by you. FEB – 09 GANGTOK – DARJEELING

After breakfast and check out from hotel with luggages - proceed to Darjeeling (6700 Ft - 05 to 06 hours journey). On arrival check-in hotel - after lunch free to visit local market & mall road at your own - overnight stay (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).

FEB – 10 DARJEELING

Early morning at 4 AM start from hotel to Tiger Hills (8482 Ft from sea level) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (Note: sunrise view will be subject to clear weather only). On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop (spiral railway). After breakfast go for a half-day sight seeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (Ticket cost not included in package cost and will be approximately Rs.180.00 per person – will be subject to availability only), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (established on 2 October 1959 by Dalai Lama - closed on Sunday) & panoramic window view of Tea Estate – evening proceed to NJP and late night board train from NJP railway station to Chennai - overnight journey (Breakfast, Lunch & packed Dinner).
