For booking tours:

To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial deposit of Rs.3000/- per person. Balance payment is to be paid at least 35 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules:

Cancellation of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

30 days or more prior to the departure: Rs.500 per person.

30-15 days prior to the departure – 25% of the tour cost

14 – 7 days prior to the departure of the tour – 50% of the total tour cost

7 – 4 days prior to the departure of the tour – 75% of the total tour cost

3 days prior to the departure of the tour– 100% of the total tour cost

Associated Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of train tickets or other arrangements not done through Associated Travels.

Associated Travels is not responsible for canceling sightseeing due to train delay, strikes, government’s restrictions or anything which is beyond our control.
